Strong operational and financial position
In 2025, the company recorded a significant increase in turnover, exceeding the PLN 70 million threshold, which confirms the growing trust of customers and the effectiveness of the development strategy. At the same time, an improvement in the EBITDA ratio was recorded, which proves the increasing operational efficiency of the company.
SURET fulfills all its current obligations on time and in full. The company’s order portfolio remains stable, and the team consistently provides services of the highest quality to both domestic and foreign partners.
Proceedings for approval of an arrangement / restructuring proceedings – preventive decision
In 2024, two of the company’s key contractors found themselves in a difficult financial situation, which resulted in delays in the settlement of receivables. In response to this challenge, SURET’s management board took a proactive decision to initiate proceedings for approval of an arrangement enabling the restructuring of liabilities towards major creditors, including financial institutions and public authorities.
It is important to note the distinction: proceedings for the approval of an arrangement are not bankruptcy or rehabilitation proceedings. It is a form of simplified corporate restructuring that allows for the repayment schedule to be organized in a predictable and controlled manner, while continuing full operational activity.
In retrospect, it can be said that thanks to the measures taken during the proceedings and the improvement in financial results, the company could have coped with the challenge without formal proceedings. Nevertheless, the decision to initiate them was a precautionary step that provided SURET with additional security and predictability in cash flow management.
Development prospects
SURET S.A. does not currently see any threats to its financial liquidity. The company consistently invests in the development of competencies, expansion of its machine park, and strengthening of relationships with key business partners. The Management Board confirms its readiness to take on new market challenges and further strengthen its position as a leader in specialized services for industry – internal logistics and relocation of production
