REQUIRED:
- higher economic or technical education with specialization – engineering, construction or project management
- knowledge of English to enable free business communication
- knowledge of MS Office programs (especially MS Excel and MS Project)
- knowledge of project management tools and techniques, e.g. Agile methodology, PMI, Prince2, etc.
- experience as an operations director, project manager or other high management role
- experience managing large-scale long-term relocation and installation projects in industry, construction or engineering
- excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with the team, clients and third parties
- presentation and negotiation skills
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- management of in-house resources and coordination of external resources in the design and operations department of the relocation division
- project management, including: scope, risk, milestones, schedule, cost, staff allocation, communication with clients and third parties, etc.
- monitoring project progress and implementing preventive measures
- overseeing and monitoring the submission of data to controlling tools for ongoing projects
- preparation of budget execution forecasts, calculation analyses and cost control of projects
- ensuring that projects comply with regulations and industry standards
- reporting project progress to superiors
- continuous analysis of efficiency and optimization of the project management process
