Client: Schollglas Group Implementation period: 2018/2019 The project included:

• Dismantling, transfer and re-installation of 8 production lines, comprising about 30 unit, plus a 30-ton main furnace
• Refurbishment, cleaning and renovation of equipment
• Pre-commissioning preparations of the lines.

This was a relocation project implemented in-production, with the plant of origin successively shut down while the plant of destination was preparing for commissioning. The project was completed in seven weeks.
